Management Buyouts
We enjoy helping management teams realize a dream of owning
the business. We have helped such groups in negotiating the buyout
of the business, structuring the transaction and finding the best
equity and debt partners to fund the transaction and, importantly,
work as true partners following closing.
Sell-Side Advisory
Bay Capital assists entrepreneurs, family owners and public and private companies in the sale of both business units and entire companies. We work with our clients to determine the optimum strategy to achieve their sale objectives. The decision to pursue an “auction” type sale, a targeted strategic sale or a “one-off” negotiation is reached only after exhaustive review of market conditions and reaching agreement on realistic valuation ranges. Bay Capital is mindful of achieving the desired objective while allowing management to continue running the business throughout the sale process.

We have successfully advised and executed acquisitions for companies and private investors that focus on growth objectives and shareholder value.
